Ron is an attorney who has litigated difficult legal cases for over 30 years. He is unafraid, ethical, and creative, and has grown a national reputation for the fearless pursuit of justice for those whose liberties are being violated by overreaching government and private entities which are destroying the American Dream and the American way of life. Ron is licensed to practice in federal and state courts in New Jersey, New York and Kentucky, and also works with local counsel in other states in complex litigation matters. Among the types of litigation that Ron handles are disputes involving:

Ron is passionate about preserving freedom and does not shy away from controversy. He has been involved in lawsuits against Donald Trump, New York Governor Kathy Hochul, New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy, New York Mayors DeBlasio and Adams, local school boards, local public officials, numerous hospitals and other businesses which have terminated staff for not being vaccinated, the Republic of Turkey, and many others. Ron loves to represent underdogs whose backs are to the wall. He not only takes on big and complex cases with issues of great importance, but he also helps many people whose legal issues may seem small in the scheme of national litigation, but which are of enormous importance to those people facing unexpected legal troubles who have nowhere else to turn for help. Ron has argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court and three different federal appeals courts. His burning desire as an attorney, though, is to see some of his constitutional law and civil rights cases make their way into the United States Supreme Court where they may have a lasting national impact on issues related to the preservation of freedom for future generations of Americans.
